LaPlatte Cemetery is located at Iske Drive and Cemetery Road, LaPlatte, Nebraska. 

 

 

The two pictures below were taken during the flood of 2011 from the highest spot inside LaPlatte, and show the spectacular view you get from that vantage point. It also shows just how high all the water around here was from all the spring rain upriver. The water should not have been near as high as it is in these photos.
