The wall of crypts at Walnut Hill is unique. You drive around the corner as you approach the cemetery and it materializes. Rather startling when you're seeing it for the first time. 

I don't know why, but when I first saw it I thought "1950's," and also, that it reminded me of a motel I once stayed at as a teenager, in Lake Okoboji, Iowa, called the "New Inn," way back in the early 70's. I guess both could be right. It has that 1950s color scheme, of pale pink and robin's egg blue. It could also be looked at as a motel; just one where you check in and never check out.
